As Per it,HTC one M9 Has 2Ghz of Octa-Core Processor I.e Snapdragon 810 Chipset. It has 3GB Of RAM and Adreno 430 GPU. It has 5"inch FHD Screen Supporting 1980*1080 Pixel Resolution. It has 32GB of Internal Storage. Don't Know if it has SDcard Slot Or Not. There is 20MP of Rear Autofocus Camera with LED Flash and 4UP I.e Ultra Pixel Camera at Front. It is Running Android 5.0 Lollipop Out of the Box and HTC Sense UI 7 on Top of it. HTC Packed With 2900mAh Of Battery which Powers It.
