The Microsoft Band is Designed by Microsoft Health that helps monitor your fitness activities – steps, calories burned, heart rate and sleep quality. The band also provides calendar, email, SMS alerts. One can track his / her daily activities and reach the desired fitness goals – your personal trainer.
The $199 (Rs.12,228) Microsoft Band works with company's Free health Software which uses a machine learning to interpret data and Can run on its Windows System or Apples Ios and Google's Android as well.
Starting in january the app will work with other devices including apple and android phones and smartwatches. Microsoft band And app comes preloaded with Work-Outs From Golds' Gym as well as Software from shape and Men's Fitness Magazines.
